I get my code of an AT & T LG CU920 as I introduce the model code? which is the frequency?

1)Put a AT&T or Cingular SIM in the phone; it does not have to be an active SIM

2)Enter *#865625# then the 16 digit unlock code

3)Device should say: Network Lock Deactivated

4)Phone may automatically reboot

i do verify that it works 100%

I did follow this process and have enter the right code. When done and put none att sim the message is

" SIM Unlock Process "

"Your phone is not personalised"

Any idea how to personalise this phone? thanks in advance..
