I am having problem with unlockApp after i run it ..it opens in Dos mode C:/sidekick/sidekick.exe for a few seconds and thats it nothing happens after that..please can you guide me as to what is the problem .. I already have the license just need to unlock

PLEASE ATRIXJ HELP ME I HAVE GOT THE LICENSE KEY I HAVE THE PHONE DOWNLOADED THE UNLOCKAPP WENT ACCORDING TO THE VIDEO BUT UNLOCKAPP IS NOT OPENING AT ALL >> WHEN CLICKED IT JUST FOR A FEW SECS OPENS C:\Sidekick\sidekick.exe and closes nothing opens up ... for me to unlock the phone

someone, solve the problem about no read any sim card after unlock? because I think a lot people with useless phone damaged with this soft, the support said I damaged the radio after press cancel button when the phone ask for special code, imagine if is true how many ordinary people will damage their phone. I do no think this is true is only way to get out the responsability for damaged the phone, refund my money not will solve my problem, i need the phone working. They should be help the consumer to fix the phone, it is the minimun they can do.

hi MR. SIDEKICK/ATRIXJ,

maybe you can help me out on my problem. 1st time i unlock this sidekick pv300, it was stuck in factory mode and stays on "running". after that, i unplug the usb cable and repeat the procedure in a different computer, and it says "completed" and the ball turns green and stays on that. so what i did is remove the battery and restart the phone. but when i restarted the phone, it was back again in factory mode it says "running". how can i get rid of this issue if when i try to repeat the proccess the computer says "INVALID LICENSE KEY, PLEASE TRY AGAIN." i have the code already. i just want to repeat the procedure coz it might help me get out on this "FACTORY MODE"? HELP! HELP! HELP!

People do not try to unlock pv300 with yhis soft, you can see a lot phones with radio damaged , they do not give you answer how to fix this issue. Now i need pay my client a phone because this soft.
