iPhone on Voda UK - ID 10226.Finished...but still Locked

Submitted on 05.05.11
Confirmed on 17.05.11
Tried to connect on itunes today. Not working
"The sim card inserted in this iphone does not appear to be supported"

Pls advise

Please can you cancel this order and refund credit.
As you will note it has taken too long without any reason from your side
ie 3-5 days....took 12 days
then verification - its almost a week since I sent for verification and still no news.
Customer has collected phone back today

You asked Order ID...I provided..... even though it was already clearly mentioned in the first post and also sent to you via PM and on ICQ but to date no response.

Why is it you dont respond on ICQ
Just around 1 hour ago you came online and I asked you about my Order ID 10226 but you chose not to reply.

How many posts I have made here and still you choose to remain silent.

What is the problem? Have I done anything wrong?

Please can you refund back the credit to my account.
I have waited long enough.

In my case took 12 days as already explained above. Reason?
Then when eventually after query for delay the job was finished the next day.
I checked to confirm....fone still locked as already explained/posted above

Then you respond to say i send for verification. which i did the same day - 17-05-11. since then still in process for verification.
Now be honest ....can customer wait for this long? definately NO ways

60 euros i paid for this service. To me its alot of money to loose here. As I already explained to you customer already taken back the fone.
Even if verification is done it will be useless to me since the customer already take back fone.

Yet you still ask me to wait.

There is no word anywhere on your forum of problems or delay on i phone voda uk service

Please I request you to refund the money

I have no complaints on your service
I have been using your service since you started
I have done many jobs and never have I faced situation like this.
I have done iphone service on orange and others without any problems

Do you expect customer to wait for 3 weeks to get his phone unlocked? NO WAYS

If you have problem with your supplier with delay in answering you then why are you making me suffer for it.
In the first place as I already mentioned earlier your service for i phone vioda uk says 3-5. if the code does not arrive in the specified time what is supposed to happen. WAIT?..... for how long?
And whats there to wait for when the phone is already taken by customer.

I dont believe just for this simple issue( for you) you are complicating this and prolonging the matter for reasons best known to you.
