hello

i just received my motorola k1 unlock code
the code is :

can someone tell me how to enter that???

Please red instructions, make sure you select INVALIDS in the HISTORY window.
If still not working, then do this:
CONNECT, then go to: Setup -> Personal Info -> Show -> Reset Activation and when the client restarts enter the code you should already have in your email. Delete all files from PENDING and FINISHED folders from the allgsmunlock folder.
Go in HISTORY, select INVALIDS then click SORT BY, do the same for STATUS, then download all the tickets you have there, click download for a job there, window will close, open it again and click download for another job and so on.
Your problem is you are most likely using an incorrect activation code.

the problem is my setup was still in zip file when i opened it and send my job

i followed this steps but nothing
plz help

Nobody ever said you will receive anything. I just said to enter the code you should ALREADY have in your email from the time the account has been created.
Why are you even using the client without a correct activation code?
