problem with Z3x lg activation - GSM-Forum

Hello
I activated lg on allgsmserver,and send serial number from back of the box
(z3x box serial number xxxxxxxx).i get answer that box activated. i run z3x shell,and find another serial (Card SN:xxxx-xxxx),they are diffrent,and i dont see any lg activation in z3x shell.

The xxxx-xxxx should be the right serial.
If this is Z3B02889 the serial you originally sent, then job will be refunded so you can add again.
