We wish we could something to make it as fast as possible, unfortunately we rely on suppliers as you already know. Right now this supplier is very unreliable and very late. If codes don't start arriving from tomorrow, we can cancel requests if you can no longer wait.
We're sorry about this, right now all we can do is wait.

Not suspended, just that some codes can't be found in the database and you get this answer.
Nothing to do for now about that phone, sorry.

The supplier's server was recently hacked and all access passwords have been changed.
Until we get the new passwords there is nothing we can do but wait.

I can't give you any date because there is no news from the supplier about this.
We have sent them many e-mails and are now waiting for an answer about this, until then there is nothing we can do, only wait.
