waiting more than 7 days and no unclock code sent ?

and I request this from at 22-07-2008 , form 7 days and till now I didn't recived the unlcok code
why all that late, and my cutomers make problem with me and I don't know what to do now
I want to know if you will sent the unlock code faster as possible,

or if it will not be send , Please told me that, and resent the credit again to my account

Before sending any jobs in the future, make sure you READ THIS
It's been explained before in many posts that SFR is having delays because the supplier is on vacation and you should only add jobs in these services if you are prepared to wait.
Your code will arrive, but with considerable delay.

I think you should told the users in the Main software that all service delayed , to make your members know that and avoid the mistakes and lose the credit..
Or send message to all members with this topic

The current version of the software does not permit these kinds of announcements to be made directly in the client this is why reading the posts in the forum is necessary.
We will try to update further versions with this feature so you can see it in the client, also our new website will be released soon and all information about delayed service will be present there as well.

my customer came now and make problem with becouse late and he want to talk to phone and , and he said to me , I don't care what you are saying about dealy and you said it will take about 3 days max . and I'm waiting till now 12 days and I want my phone now.

and I said to him just wait me for 2 days only.

NOW I faced big problem with this customer and PLZ send me the code before the 2 days or cancel this action and resent the credit again

I'm sorry about this, but until Wednesday when the supplier returns from their holiday, we can't do anything about SFR, either cancel or provide codes.

For all French operators, the situation is the same: supplier is on holiday, we have information that they will return today. Last time we've spoken to them, they promised that on 06.08 they will return from their holiday and give us the codes. If by 16:00 server time today he still IS NOT back and doesn't give us the codes, the cancel button will become active in the server and anyone who can't wait any longer can cancel the jobs and have their credits returned.
