I check again in server, the code is 100% correct !
When you put sim card thay should to ask for code, if dont ask for code the procedure is the following:
How to enter code in phone:
#0111*CODE# (Without SIM Card)
#7465625*638*CODE# (Without SIM Card)
**CODE# (With SIM Card)
If phone is freeze you should to reset.

Now phone have counter and afterr I put code I have 34min to get any message.

Must be 2 codes:
LLO code.
LL40 code.
