1. how to register in web site ?
Download the driver and serial reader from the website or forum
then install the driver and with the serial reader read serial
then go to website support and register with ur mail as login id and serial number
as ur pass and u will receive mail with new pass word then u can logon for support

2. how to install software and foldering ?
Installing software is very simple just download the software and important thing is
Foldering should same like support area. How u download from support
same like have to foldered..
Eg: Main folder Moto-extreme- inside (EXE ,Subfolder –INI ,MODELS-All Models According To Exact Foldering And Model.ini each model folder should also need each model.ini and flash folder,DRIVERS)


3. how to connect ?
Before connecting u should have installed cables drivers.
After open the software there are two methods
1st is auto detect model
2nd is u need to unclick the detect model then u can select manually
And put phone to flash mode (*#) at a time


4. how to unlock ?

Open software and Connect phone
Put phone to flash mode
Then new window will come
Select firmware and Unlock
All other Unselect
Then start the process and end u can see phone disconnected

5. How to identify models that need tp ?
Either u can identify in model list table
or u need to try with the software
