Where we can buy its ceramic heater element in case of broken?

For the moment you can buy this elements from us or other tornado -Infrared resellers, since it is custom-made.

The tornado infra heating element has a lifespan of 1yr for normal 8hrs/day use and could last longer around 2yrs with proper care and usage.

I actually need one now. My heater element has some cracks right now. I am not sure if unlockcellular.com has it.
