can we use tornado to reball bga ic ???, and what exact temp to open upp at 3230 ???

sir i try with exact time and distance as you suggest but no luck i lost/ damage the pcb can you made a video for this and also for reballing ic still no luck
but for not glue ic no problem
and last question, by your suggestion above you mean use preheater and handheld tip ??? but my packet not include this tip/ nozzle

Of course, you need to use preheater and hanheld tip together and 2-3 cm above from PCB
