crank it to maximim juice 680 degrees
the trick is start with less temperature it's call the pre-heat

It appears all the soldering staions on the market are made in China anyway.
So which other ones are you refering to?

In my experience, its better to use soldering iron for replacing charging ports. Hot air is only useful in removing the old part.

Always remember to use some nice flux, it will make your work 100% easier.

Good luck.

Mr.Moderator.......in blackbarry u ain't got space to stick your solder iron, plus you can't heat enough to the ground parts of the socket......only hot air you can use for this case and you must heat from opposite side of board and nothing gets damage

when you became a real technician or have real some hardware experience, key word "real" then post.
