Ask about MB200 and Scout ! - GSM-Forum

I have 1pc MB200 (wifi already dead)

Now I want to flash it to 2.1 to unlock it by free method.

I usually flash by RSD lite but after flash by RSD i need active it . My MB200's wifi is dead so that I can't active it.

I hear that " Flash the phone with scout from gsmserver to Android 2.1 you will never need any tmobile sim for activation and better software with Radio much better than stock 1.5 firmware "

May I ask : It's mean , after flash with Scout , No need active phone ?

and is there any method by active MB200 after flash ?

Here is a lot of flash files and a bit hard to try each. You can try by yourself and post the result.

But don't forget that it is strictly recommended to use the same or higher firmware version.
