Asking for help on how to use SCout Dongle - GSM-Forum

Hi SCout Team
I need help on how to use the SCout Dongle. I had just gotten it, but i do not know how to use it. i had already installed the software and updated the SCout is ready to be used. But when i connect the phone it reads all the information in the phone. Nothing is wrong with the SCout dongle, i just don't know what to do on the next step for the software. When i click on browes it takes me to a window with flash files, but the file is empty. what should i do?

Download the .pcf file for the phone at Bootloader Support.

Here is short manual and some f.a.q..

In order to download flash files you have to be logged in.
Please download flash files from here.

I think that you may also read this manual - it will be useful for you.
