Such problem may appear in case if login/password is incorrect or account wasn't activated.
Activation e-mail supposed to be sent to you after the registration operation.

Try to perform following steps:

Uninstall Boot-Loader Download Manager
Download it once again
Install "fresh" copy
Login with your username and pass

@ gsaara,

Your case is getting deeply analyzed.
More likely that the problem appears due to some PC settings, try to install BLDM at the other PC and login with your username and pass.
