DEAD v31 detected as "s blank Neptune LTE2" - GSM-Forum

I recieved a V3i which is dead ...But when I connected it to the pc it is automatically detected as " S Blank Neptune LTE2"

How do I repair this...??

@ joy4u,

As the handset get detected as "S Blank Neptune LTE2", more likely that the TP zone of the set is shorted or it has some kind of hardware malfunction.
Please check the PCB of the phone.
