Its Strange very strange.
I all ready have 1 problem.
Now seems to be two Problems (one is dongle and another is explanation)

Probably i was clear enough at 1st post , if u read it as well u can notice that support didn't answer yet.So hear is line from mine 1st post

Mine Dongle Failed to update , i write Message to Support they did't answer

Being Appreciated for ur Replay and try Hlp others but in this case i thnk supporters should give direction.So no need more to waste forum space everything is clear enough at mine 1st post...

In case if you're dealing with any difficulties during the update operation of the SCout dongle, save log file and send it to support[at]scoutdongle.com
As soon as your e-mail will be received and all required operations will be completed reply will be sent back to you.
