downgrade E8

in old school days, one could just flash any version higher or lower to P2k phones, like v3, v3r,u6, etc.

Now, that this new thingy "scout" has born, we can see this is a mistake...

I want to just change the language to a motorola E8, running version
71.03.06r

I would want to avoid downloading stuff from boot-loader, since it is a waste of time for my horrible internet connection, downloading a single language pack from boot-loader tends to be a nightmare

I have some flash files stored on my har drive with versions like

71.02.xx
71.01.xx
and probably 71.03.xx(lower than 06r)

full flash and language packs only

can I safely use any of these files to change the language to the E8, without killing the phone ?

Also, how hard would be to implement full flash reading for backup in scout flasher?

probably not possible in many phones like android, but really possible in others like p2k

I think that if you flash this language packs, nothing will happen. Phone will accept them.

I'm like 90 percent sure that everything will be ok. I used to downgrade the version of the language pack for my old phone - Motorola V8
