Member: 239548 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2,781 | There are such kinds of firmware for E6 as R533, R533H8 (E6) and R535, R535C12, R535H10 (E6e). You must flash proper flash file to the phone. In order to understand what was phone's original firmware version please tell what is written on the sticker under the battery? |

Member: 239548 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 2,781 | I can't guarantee that the phone will work after flashing because you don't know current firmware version of the phone. If you can do experiments then perform flashing. If not - return this phone to customer. |

Now i can only suggest you to try flashing it with higher versions that are located at www.boot-loader.com. Also, can you find out, due to what circumstances the phone got to this "hanging" state? I have a suspect that someone tried unlocking it with network code and didn't succeed. Best Regards GSMServer team  |
