I have error with flash, my phone is original claro brazil!

my device with this code, the one ball, seguranda volume up and power nothing happens to hard reset, then tried to update now it is only in flash mode!

First of all before flashing you must specify phone's original version.
Second: choose appropriate firmware version.
What is written on the sticker under the battery? If original version is specified there, then find it at boot-loader and flash your phone with it.

First of all, I would try to connect the phone to Scout and read full information from it.
Other way to define fw version - it must be written on the sticker.
Third way - insert TEST SIM to the phone and find original fw version via phone's menu.

I don't recommend you to flash any file you see to your phone. Android based phones aren't cheap.

So I do understand this, put the scout but nothing appears, connects not only in flash mode, is not asking how to check for this password, and the label has nothing, you could help everyone to find on the label, which can tell you is that the logo is: Claro Brazil

In the new update are saying I can upgrade with arq1uivo original, but always got error:
