scout flasher can't detect v3x, please need advice. - GSM-Forum

hi,

i have install new v1.33 trying to flash v3x in flash mode but scout flasher can't detect phone in flash or normal mode, did i missed something? please need advice.

@ GSMaxx,

After the phone get connected to PC via mini USB cable, drivers suppose to be installed.

Did you install all the drivers?
Also, please tell us, what is wrong with this set.

sir,

1. i'm trying to flash the phone, problem of phone is camera not working and in menu when you select an item the next item is run not the you the one selected. I have already tried change flex and camera still the same.

2.new version drivers are installed since phone is detected by other flasher and flash succesfully.

3. the reason why i'm trying to flash the phone in scout flasher because i want to try to flash a specific flash file on scout format for the phone that may fix the problem.

Flash the phone with 1FF flash file and this problem should be solved.

@ GSMaxx,

Have just tried to connect one V3x handset. It get detected without any problems.

Please double check cable and ensure that it is connected properly.
After that try to detect the phone once again.

Please explain in more details what problem exactly yo have.
What phone model are you trying to connect?
What had happened to your phone?
What problem it has?

phone flashed successfully whit rsd lite and work. scout not detect phone in flashmode. phone type v3x.

What is phone's firmware version? And what operator is it branded to?

Same problem iam have motorolla l7 phone and scout flasher not see it but RSD lite ok,flashing also ok with RSD.

@ romka21,

L7 is a P2k based phone model. It was tested and get detected without any problems.
Ensure that the cable is properly connected and try once again.

Problem exist only with latest wersion,with older wersion all ok on other pc.
