because to chose the firmware lock...now you need to unlock again...

@ lasergsm,

The phone could be locked if you have flashed it with the locked flash file.
Have you ticked on "Reset Subsidy code..." option before flashing the set?

I directly flash without uncheck it, how to unlock it again? I just had a scout without having SMT clip!

I do not have SMT clip, I just had a scout dongle. is there another way to fix this phone?please the master!!!!!
