How to reset user code Motorola W360..?? - GSM-Forum

Need solution for motorola W360 reset user code.

Smart Clip isn't possible to format ffs, because not supported yet..,

Scout easily can read information ( include user code ), but the problem is the phone connected / detected as usb mass storage, so can't readed informations by scout flasher.

Any suggestions..???

Connect the phone in Modem mode and Scout will show you the code.

Sorry but phone is locked.., and ask for user code..,

Phone code for W360 can't be wiped by flashing.

Unlock it with SmartMoto and Read the code with Scout.

Smartclip processing unlock for network lock only, user code can't removed by unlocking.

Then connect the phone in boot mode (#* PowerOn) and flash it with Scout.

After flashing wait the phone to be detected by Scout. Full phone info must be detected.

and which firmware should i use..??

Because i have a problem when flashing w360.., check this post
i have only 1 firmware ( GSXW360APCNCMNSL_LPI_3_V1170_R402_001_FLX0319_LNG0 034_IMG0032_MLD0031_1FF_RFM.sbf )

In most cases fw version of the phone is written on the sticker under the battery.
Charge phone's battery and flash pcf file.
