| Hello Thanks for responding, I make the connection to COM port, using Z3X as an interface, so always flash the Compal who connect through COM port. Any other suggestions. thanks |

| @ Daymel More likely that the problem appears due to connection problems. Please ensure that the pinouts are correct or try to use other cable, for example cable that were created especially for this purpose. Best Regards GSMServer team |
