I can flash a Motorola C168i

I can not flash a Motorola C168i AT&T with Scout, any suggestions, I can not connect.

How did you connect phone to PC?
C168 is Chi Mei based phone model. As it is stated in the flashing manual:

For flashing purposes, Chi Mei based models have to be connected to PC USB via flashing cable with built-in virtual COM port emulator. In this case the handset driver is not required. A user needs to install just a cable driver...

Hello
Thanks for responding, I make the connection to COM port, using Z3X as an interface, so always flash the Compal who connect through COM port.
Any other suggestions.

More likely that the problem appears due to connection problems.
Please ensure that the pinouts are correct or try to use other cable, for example cable that were created especially for this purpose.
