L9 stuck in boot mode with error Code Corrupt after flash with L7 firmware.

I tried to flash L9 which stuck in boot mode and displaying Code Corrupt after my friend flash it using L7 firmware with RSDlite. Now the problem is

when i try to flash with Scout, it gives error and cannot complete flash. Here is the complete log

SCout 1.32. Flashing phone "S Flash Neptune LTE2" - "R452J_G_08.21.09R"
flex "GSTHAWITHGIN05A" boot C.70
with firmware "R452J_G_08.21.09R_PDS005_LP004B_DRM0101_VSTG_30E_ 0c_JPJAVA_G_08_L7xDI_05_01_10R_GSTHAWITHGIN05A_1FF _Bangladesh.pcf" RAM DL C.70...
Loading file "R452J_G_08.21.09R_PDS005_LP004B_DRM0101_VSTG_30E_ 0c_JPJAVA_G_08_L7xDI_05_01_10R_GSTHAWITHGIN05A_1FF _Bangladesh.pcf"... OK
Preparing firmware image...
Loading RAM downloader for bootloader...
Erasing flash memory...
Error erasing subscriber unit. Device API Error: 0xE003003F Command: ERASE
Flash failed

Also i tried to flash with higher version i.e R452J_G_08.21.0AR_PDS005_LP0039_DRM0101_VSTG_30E_0 c_JPJAVA_G_08_L7xME_05_00_09R_GSTHAWITHGTR060_1FF. pcf

but end up with same problem. Also the phone goes to blank screen instead of displaying firmware update .... when trying to flash using scout.

The problem with the set before he flashed was that it used to hang sometimes but can booted properly and can be used normally until it got hanged

and need to take out the battery to restart.

Can this be a hardware problem, or just a software coz the set can be used before flashing with wrong file. Can anybody help me out here.??

BR,
curvenger.

@ curvenger,

What firmware version it initially had?
Did you try to Flash it with the SmartMoto and *.mfw flash files.

Best Regards

The original firmware is R452J_G_08.21.09R and when trying to flash using SmartMoto and *.mfw firmware, error message Critical Error DEA1 is displayed on the phones screen. Here is the complete log

SmartMoto 4.05
S-Card: 5734270xx Smart-Clip dongle, v 3.03, assigned Smart-Clip: 6653485xx Europe, initializing... OK
Clip serial: 6653485xx, version: 5.02, initializing... OK
Searching for phone... found S Flash Neptune LTE2, getting test interface... interface not found
Switching to flash mode... OK
Reading phone boot version... C.70
io timeout

So what else to do now??? Should i flash it with Flash Option Overwrite boot area enabled??

@ curvenger,

Double check the cable you use to connect the phone (as an option try to use another one), ensure that the power supply you use with the Smart-Clip provides stable output (10V 1A or 12V 750mA) and try to perform Repair PDS and Full Flash procedures via Smart-Clip once again.
If some error appears, please save log file and post it here.
Please notice that in order to perform Repair PDS and Full Flash procedures, Prepare Smart TestPoint suppose to be performed.

Best Regards
