@ palash_c6,

Please provide us with more detailed information:
What firmware version the handset initially had?
Why did you perform flashing procedure?

Best Regards

Make hard reset

1. Power off the phone. If the phone is frozen and won’t turn off using the Power button, pull the battery out.

2. Press and hold the camera button then press and release the power key

3. Release the Camera button when prompted to do so.

4. Press and hold the Volume Down button until a yellow exclamation mark appears on the screen.

5. Open the physical keyboard and press ALT + L, then press ALT + W to complete the hard reset of the Cliq.

6. click ok on master reboot

You flashed with 2.1.5 flash file version
Quote:
NOW THE PHONE ON BOOTLODER INT
Now you flashed with 1.3.18 version:
Quote:
SAME CONDITION HANG ON MOTO LOGO
So the phone is returned to condition as it was before flashing? (Restarting, hanging). There can be some hardware problem.

If you are sure that you have MB200 then try lower versions of flash files:
1.6.1, 1.4.8...

What is written on the sticker under the battery? Usually original fw version is sighed there.
