Seems you have old problem (you should search over the forum)

First of all "NO SIM" error doesn't have nothing in common with SCout

"NO SIM" message displays when all all attempts to enter unlock code has been exhausted ("Network unlock request unsuccessful. Number of attemps remaining: 0" message).

So to unlock your handset with code:
  • Press and hold the * key until an entry box is displayed.
  • Type *, #, 3, 2, # and press “OK”
  • Enter your Motorola CLIQ’s unlock code and press “OK.”
  • Your Motorola CLIQ should now display either “Completed” or “Deleted”

In case this doesn't help, try goto emergency mode and dial #073887*. You will then be able to enter unlock code.

yes sir i tryed your dial #073887* solution , by this unlock code entering window appeared, but when i enter code shows same message which i wrote

but the method which you wrote

  • Press and hold the * key until an entry box is displayed.
  • Type *, #, 3, 2, # and press “OK”
  • Enter your Motorola CLIQ’s unlock code and press “OK.”
  • Your Motorola CLIQ should now display either “Completed” or “Deleted”
for this one , i could not understood "Press and hold the * key until an entry box is displayed."

because while i press " * " on the screen i seen letter presents " j "
also i tryied by " alt "
but not worked

so please tell me if iam doing some wrong
