| MB300 flashing error Moto MB300 menu options not open.I am doing hardreset,but same pbm. I can trying flashing shows this error. Please help me . SCout 2.01. | One of the possible reasons is that Scout wasn't able to fully detect the phone. Can you wait until phone gets fully detected and show the screen-shot? |

| @ lvs satish Please provide us with more information: 1. What is original phone firmware ? 2. What is the phone state at the moment ? 3. Did you wait till SCout software will fully detect your phone ? 4. Try to read phone info and give to us full operational log. Best Regards GSMServer team  |

| Original phone info is Phone model BACKFLIP MB300 Hardware SJUG5763BA IMEI 356693034655342 Technology UMTS 3G System Blur_Version.3.0.1390.MB300.ATT.en.US Firmware config GAS_NA_MTUSEATT_P007 Baseband Baseband config USAMOTS01ATTNA037.0R Build number R6380E210_001.016 At that moment phone is on & its goes to "Bootloader USB Init " Blue display on left side down. After some process system shows "usb not recognige,unknown device....." Present mobile is on. |
