MB300 Stuck at Motorola Logo

Hi, i got 2 Moto BackFlip MB300 that stuck at Motorola Logo... already tried flashing phones with a FW from support but problem is not solved. This phones are form China so At&t FW wont be accepted

Any suggestions?

PS:Will post some logs and other info later when i am at home.

Do you know what had happened to the phone so it got to such state?
Try to perform Master Reset Procedure and after that post results here.

Yes, the phone came here in that state from factory and never turned on, i am having several problems with this phones such as white screen, stuck at logo, frezze. etc
I already performed a hard reset and no luck.
I am flashing the phone with the following flash file:

I dont know cause the phone came in that state after unboxing cant turn on... i used the same flash file above to alive other phones and worked but with this one didnt work.
All i know about this phone is that the original Android OS version is 1.5

So you flashed other MB300 Chinese phones and everything went fine. And with this one you have some troubles - it can't power on before and after flashing.
In order to solve this problem we must have some preliminary information. For example, original firmware version. Usually, such information is written on the sticker under the battery.

In general case - it's recommended to detect phone at Scout main tab before flashing. In this way you will know exact phone's firmware version and it will help you to choose right flash file to flash.

More likely that the handset you has initially was locked to AT&T.
Flash the set phone with motus-viper-0.13.37_SECURE_PRODUCTION-supermonster-customer_att.pcf and post results here, please.

Usually at&t phones are marked with operator logo.

I cant flash phone with that flash file, i got an error and also theres a difference btw platforms.
Flash file platforms is: MSM7200A
Phone platform is: MSM7201A

Nop none has operator logo they are OEM as far as i know and where bought in HK.
I guess they come form Singapore
