Are you sure that you have flashed the right version for your phone? Sometimes Motorola doesn't allow you to downgrade or change firmware version.
Sometimes when you use flash file with wrong firmware version, this can cause it's brick.
Are you sure that nothing is wrong with phone's hardware?
Because you told that phone "freeze in logo".
I also have experience of MB525 flashing, everything passed fine: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f417...scout-1387651/

Scout 1.43 supported flashing MB525 with motorola original .shx / .sbf flash files only, this was a known behavior.
Scout 2.01 supports flashing MB525 with both motorola and scout .pcf files just fine. There is absolutely no reason to go back and install any older version.
The problem with androids and this is exactly the problem with your MB525 is finding a truly corresponding firmware file because flashing an improper firmware leads to sad results including phone death

Motorola Software Update:
There is no software update currently available for your phone.

This is my latest version?

mcandre 06-26-2012 12:20

Motorola says that the version in your phone is high, no fw update available.

By the way, Scout says that your phone is branded to Claro, but it's unlocked.
But it must be locked, because Claro locks it's phones.

So checking the information in this phone that works, it would be possible to repair that died in the software?
