hello
i have a motorola q gsm and i have a probleme with it
it restart frequently, so i think that firmware reinstall will resolve this probleme .
so i do error by flexing the phone and now he request for a operator code like as if it is SIM LOCKED

how to remove this message while it not sim locked

Seems you flashed locked flex-file.

Did you check the mark "Reset subsidy code before flashing"? If so, enter zeros.

what this locked flex-file ?
i using RSDlite, can i have a chance to boot this phone?
