motorola em8 bootloader error
when make poweron the mobile it is getting error on display while powering so need flash procedure & flash file name

@ umarmsn,

In most cases such problem appears in case if unlock procedure wasn't performed properly.
Do you know what exactly had happened to the set and what firmware version it initially had?

yes customer gave to me the status ( motorola logo only) but when i try to upgrade to some firmware at scout it will disconnected at while update process but i did not check that orginal firmware before upgreding so pls tell me the proper solution of flash file

What model do you have exactly?
Is it Motorola E8?
If yes, flash this version PCF -> E8 -> R6713_G_71.14.1CR_A
