i've got 2 android sets to flash

1: XT702
it restarts in moto logo ,i flashed with both SGC_U2_03.04.0 and SHOLS_U2_02.36.0, but same condition,i couldn't get sw version(not written in sticker),

2: MB501
it hangs in moto logo, it's from t-mobile, i flashed 1.31.44 and 1.32.24 but same condition ,sw version written in back is 1.31.44 MB501

need guide for these sets

We still don't know it's original version.
Unfortunately Motorola Android models require to be flashed with proper flash files in order to start.
If I were you I would also flash this smartphone with this version: SGC_U2_03.04.0.

Yes, you are right, this is the original firmware version of your phone and you can flash it with secure_MB501_0.12.11_1.31.44_Super*******Customer_ T-Mobile.pcf
Have you tried to replace the battery? Sometimes phone needs fully charged battery to be able to start.
