Can't get it to work at all. I updated my scard and can run software. It detects phone, i can load .pcf file but can't flash any phone. It always says 'The superfile specified does not exist'. File does exist, otherwise scout shouldn't load it, right? I never had such problems with smart-moto before and pc flash option.

try to flash the phone with other files. If the problem will still persist, please make a screenshot and upload it here.

I checked with other file and it worked, then downloaded same flash again and worked too. There is a small change that it was broken after download but i guess that scout also checks checksum just like smart-moto did and should notify me before.

i fond some zip files of w208 on a website i have downloaded it is with sscout logo sign all i want to know is can i flash w208 with sscout?

and the SC support team , why aren't they responding to the members in this topic ? really sad . they only reply to answers from memebers only about SCout infos . they are like " your opinion doesn't matter unless you buy our product " guess what ? we buyed your products and we need some respect .

why didn't you implement this update in SmartMoto ? ? ? its pretty easy they only care for making lots of money and their customers are unimportant .

i already bought a S-card and now u need some new dongle .

good strategy btw .

Let me correct yourself. I'm not product supporter. I'm just read carefully info from SC team before post on forum.
