Hello!

after i flashed moto Q9H with a flashfile from support my phone is locked.
it requires a network pin, I have purchased a code ,but not unlocked.

what should i do now?

Flash files that are placed at Boot-Loader.com are signed with word "locked" in the end of the filename in case if it is locked.

I flashed the phone twice,the first flash i am not sure if it was locked or not ,but the second was flex not locked.

the second flash was the same as phone flash.


However ,I have purchased network code.for at&t provider the same as logo on the phone.

now if it locked because i have fashed it and purchased code dont work what should i do?
