| @ Bruno Rafael, Is there any other dongle connected to PC at the same time? no Did you try to connect dongle to another USB port of the PC? yes Did you try to install SCout flasher at the other PC?yes, and work fine, but, in my pc not work.. |

| @ Bruno Rafael Please check at your PC what other software can block correct detecting devices at your PC through USB. Like: roberts says. He solved issue by uninstaling "USB over Network client" and some other not needed software. Please check such thing's at your PC. |

| @ Bruno Rafael, This issue appears due to software/drivers conflict. Check what software can block access to the card, uninstall it and run SCout once again. Best Regards GSMServer team  |
