but emergency only show on network

Provide us with more detailed information, please.
Was network working before flashing procedure?
What firmware version the set initially had and what flash file did you use for the flashing purposes?
What problem the set initially had?
Why did you flash it?

handset will be white then restart condition
i check info with scout
then flash with same bootloader file

R4513_G_08.B7.E0R_RB_LP0039_DRM0101_GSTL7RTFR1B1_1 FF_France_Retail

then handset full working no whit
and full network
but in 5 minute after
its show emergency then show no service

Try to flash with higher fw version.
