MB 300 BOOT Failed ...


I have a Motorola MB300, which displays the following message :
BOOT Failed ,BootLoader USB init
There are solutions for this problem?

Try to update firmware version of the phone.
Flash it with the same firmware version like the set has.

What firmware version the set initially had?
What had happened to this phone?
What information is signed at the sticker under the battery of the phone?
