R2633131_U_A0.05.1FR - this version is recommended for flashing.
Press 'safe flashing: disable firmware downgrading'. This option helps to choose right version for your phone.

This Error appeared because you have tried to flash the set with the wrong firmware version.
You can flash the set with the R2633131_U_A0.05.1FR firmware version or higher R2633131 based flash file.
Also, please explain why did you try to flash this set.

This flash file can be found at Boot-Loader.com in the Smart-Clip/SCout->pcf->GSM->V9->lng->... file folder.

in Smart-Clip support is only full flash
i activated support acces yesterday through scard and activated auto Smart-Clip support
how can change acces to sCount?

You can download flash files for SCout flasher from Smart-Clip->pcf->... file folder of Boot-Loader.com
*.pcf flash files are meant to be used via SCout flasher software.
