phone not power on only logo after flash with BASEM_U3_01.12.4_DEBLUR_SIGNED_USABASIL01RINT150AI 013.0R_PDS000_UC1SOMPBASLRTINT_P025_A016_HWp3_1FF. pcf
pohone work ok but can not calling.

Does your phone ask any type of code when you start it with SIM card ?

of course no

but with orange 23101 work fine
only with O2 or tecsco is problem

@ gsmpuky,

In case if your phone works only with an orange network provider, more likely that the set is locked this operator.
