Maybe this will help you. Becouse I don't understand about which reset code you tolking. For unlocking all Sendo phones just need to do next steps:

How to unlock Sendo phones

1. Run the software Sendo tool.
2. Connect the phone to box via cable.
3. Select the phone from models list. And press "connect" button. When the software asks about ignition - press shortly ( ~ 1 sec ) power button.
4. You will see all info about the phone. If your phone is locked - go to IMEI/SIm Lock bookmark.

5. Then press "closed" button. Check IMEI if necessary. And press "Apply changes" button.

6. Disconnect the phone, then connect it again and press "connect" button. When software asks about ignition - press shortly ( for ~ 1 sec ) power on button. You will see all info - check please the locks field - all must be open. It means that all is DONE. Enjoy
