i get this problem
MEPD not present (after power on the phone)
and i cant make any call only sos call
???????????

all this problems are causes of Alcatel FW bugs and strange sim lock protections !
you must only try more times, and before enter codes make full factory reset (###847#)

after restore backup work phone 100% (SW create FULL backup of lock and IMEI area).

sorry to say that ... i think there is a bug somewhere ..., because i tried many times , NO imei back , and still getting (restricted sevice) , ... and i think it's because of IMEI

Today i have spent a lot of time on E207, but succeed.

I have to write russian lang and remove simlock from this phone. Phone was from Poland Orange. I removed simlock without problems, but problem was when i try to change lang. Before flashing i made fullflash and lang backup. I flashed a lot of lang packs, everytime doesn't fit all of the buttons - they are mesed up. I try to write a lot of FFS, but that don't working. But when I try to write my backup everything was ok. When I flash phone with fullflash from multibox support, I have 'limited service problem'. Writing simlock data backup and entering codes again don't solve this problem. So I flashed again this phone with my backup (fullflash and lang) and then put E207X_2AMGFR1_full (from support) as MCU file and select UPDATE FIRMWARE in repair/update tap (very important - don't click on Write Fullflash button). Software created suitable files and started to flash process. After that I could write correct language (E207X-2XALUA1) and everything was ok.

So, making backup is very important. Don't write fullflashes after which you have 'limited service'. Just write your own backup (sometimes simlock zone backup also) and do what i have written.
