Coz Thia Alcatel tool is powerfull and complete solution for all needs.

No this software is not complete this software can't CLONE BH and TH Alcatel for sure I test with other I don't know but full solution sould can this. bye

For me , i use new instaler, alcatel dont work.Need activation.help plz

It was same for one custumer - try to reconect the box to other USB port.

Please check if Alcatel EXXX software works ok?
if it works , than just try tu plug-in your Multi-Box in different USB port and restart PC.

It worked for me! (also had problem AL_OLD_TOOL)

Alcatel EXXX software work ok. With other USB port Alcatel OLD v.6.0 start ok.
Stange situation , but work
