If you see in official WEB site is written that Multi-box support in basic version: Maxon, Sendo and Philips - we promice that for all those brands updates will be always for free. So why you asking now about alcatel? When you bought the box you know that this box support only those models.

Not free becouse Alcatel makes for us other author ( he is the very good in Alcatel HenrichSGU ) nad for sure he cannot make it for free.
Why we don't make Alcatel ?
Answer is so easy - now we working under new platform like JTAG, Panasonic, LG, ACER and many other that is why we don't have a time for Alcatel.
