help me please, before i flash phone was okay, after flash dead. what should i do. maybe i got wrong step using this tool and erased boot??? i am using file full repair from support site.help me please, regards

Yes bro, you have got wrong step. Maybe you are playing with techzone.
Befor doing any thing with all alcatel phones you must read first the techzone from phone.

now the phone not booted up, can i fixed my phone sir. ive check the battery was okay. killed by heinrich sw before it i have flash it using vygis and ok after flash with multi box phone now on dead. i am well done now. regards
