If your listed reseller creating a problem again and again with end user so it's also your problem.Bcoz the reseller is selling and promoting your product.

you have to solve this issue with the reseller.

No. it is only reseller problem. If he sell to you not good product - you have to fix it directly with him.

i'm in nigeria and my resseler is in china! i had bought the box on holidays in china last year because my resseler confirmed that it was a good product.apart from me not being able to sucessfully use this box it's packed up with the red dot only.
please i beg of u what do i do to make this thing work?

get rid of this TRASH box,Which gets tempered without any reason & in fact u get no positive help to revive it.

i found it early i would nt get help cuz this section was unanswered for weeks.

Guys what are you tolking about? If some of reseller sell to you not working device why you asking from me? Ask it from your reseller - not from me.
If some of them cheet you - post about it. Dont need to told there about bed or good. Here I making just a support for box. If you you bought not working box ask your reseller about it.

When you buy a phone (e.g. Nokia) in a shop you get the warranty for it in that shop. And what do you do if the phone is broken - I think you go to that shop, and solve all the problems with thу manager of that shop, and you don't blame on Nokia company about it.
So I think there is no any problem with us/
We are responsible for what we sell our resells but our resellers are responsible for what thеу sell you.

all i'm saying is that for a boix to be that expensive, it shouldn't have so many setbacks in it adolecence stage. Fot christ sake i bought the box in china and now i'm in nigeria d'you have any idea how much it'll cost sending the darn thing back to china for a replacement?And just what if the replacement i get packs up?
My advice is, do something to your machine gentlemen, get a better design and change all boxes or something. This is not good for your buisness and you should know it by now.If we already existing customers have so much to complain about then why should any right thinking person buy your box
You better post me how to revive my box in my mail '[email protected]' or here!
i bought that thing close to US$400 and haven't made 50cents with it yet and u here trying to explain to me the difference between nokia and phone shop!
get it right guys!!! i may loose $300 but i'm very sure it cost a lot more to implement the multi-box project!

I want to repeat you once again
1- we deal only with resellers and distributors, all the products we sell them are checked before sending. Thas is why we are responsible at them, and for what we sell them. But we do not deal with end users. This is not our responsibility.
2- I told you about Nokia and phone shop not to show the difference but to explain that this shop (reseller) is responsible for what he sold you. HE and YOU made a deal.
3- if this product is to expensive for you - so why did you buy it? And there is no written on www.multi-box.net when and how much you will makу money on it.
4- We didn't make you go to China and buy Multi-box there. There are resellers in Africa.

Here We make support of the product - software support - cause we are responsible for it. But your reseller is responsible for what he sold - and not we.
