Cant Run Alc_Old_tool_v60

I just upgraded my Multibox for Alcatel
I cant run the Alc_old_tool_v60
The error I get is attached.
But the AlcatelExxx_v143.exe is ok
And where is the upgrade AOHST_v12.exe in support area?
