tomorow my multibox appears ckeck update tool and try in updatetool 1.4 and box work

now check update also and msg appears try new updatetool and I try to updatetool 2.0
after connecting to update server ... Error
check your Server now

No need to check - server is off coz we are making new system. Today will be fixed ( in 1-2 hours ) and will work.

man I told already:

after erorr ..update my box is grenn light on only ..no (point )and no (8)
but detected by pc..(multi box port and mutibox system port) but sow only box not detected on update tool v2.0.
helpe please

i already wrote a message on support chat (24 hours ago) and sent an email with the required datas to support
so far no answer yet

my box is dead and wait for revive.e-mail sended but no data after 10 hours!!!!!!please help me!!!!thanks!
