box update error

is it possible to update my multi box remotely without connecting to the intenet because whenever i try iam getting error connecting to server.please help because my box just woke up indicating it had to be updated.if possiblee can someone tell the exact steps i should follow.

its very unfortunate that whenever i try to update my box iam getting the error message.iam using a cyber cafe to try and update my box.they are saying everything is ok when i ask them if they have any firewalls activated.i have used this cafe before to update my box.what else could be the problem.

There only one problem - needed to read FAQ section. There written what update allowed 1 time only.
