i try to connect many chanies model but always same problem also with kg200 same problem

And? What is the problem? SOftware wrote you already that you have new version. All what you need read full flash and send to us for upgrade.

what you mean every time i have to read full flash and send it to you and wait until you upgrade it
how i can unlock or relock phones
please explain how you support those models

I mean if software wrote that you have new version - you need to read full flash and sedn to us for update. I was thinking it is clear.

sir i try all phones with evey software but its same problem , may be my box need update ?? , i dont know
and about kg200 believe me i try over 20 mobile with defrint ver. but it gave me same message

Offcouse you need to have latest box firmware version and latest SIGNATURE file!!!!!

Your box version is old and i think sig file also old. You need to update all.

Try to read FAQ section about update. There written that update allowed 1 time only and waht you have to do - also written there.
